David Rosado Owner of Rosado Events and Design

A New York City native with a modest upbringing, David Rosado grew with a passion for the arts, classical music, great food, travel, and the love of floral. Ultimately these would become the catalysts that would propel him towards the world of luxury floral design and fauna.

Relocating from the big city to Cleveland, Ohio in pursuit of an education in botany he would land a job as an intern for a high-end florist know as Brunswick florist. There he would learn the ingredients that would build the foundation that would define his artistry and discover the spark that would ignite his passion for florals and event design.

David Rosado founded Rosado Events in the winter of 2012. His floral designs have been featured in lobbies of prestigious hotels such as The Ritz Carlton, The Renaissance, and The Marriott. He curated florals for people such as James Franco, Steve Nicks, Martha Stewart, and Travis Hafner to name a few. His work has also been featured in shows such as Extreme Home Makeover and worked in collaboration with set decorator Michelle Ashley for Lifetimes film " With This Ring".

Furthermore, he is known for his avant-garde designs pushing the boundaries of innovation while blending different elements to create chic, exalted, modern, traditional, and contemporary floral compositions. David believes that art and creativity have no boundaries, normal is a crutch and the possibilities are endless.

As we were all moved by the pandemic, the series of fortunate and unfortunate events put many things in perspective for all of us. While visiting the west coast and the sunshine state of Arizona, in an endeavor to explore his love for the outdoors he felt compelled to move to Scottsdale, Arizona making this a reality in the fall of 2020. Since then, his business has successfully grown from weddings, events, horticultural, and hospitality to opening the retail division for everyday florals known today as Rosado Floral Boutique.
