In day to day cases, our images may represent an overall theme or look and may include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the presented arrangement may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the product you have selected, we will ensure that the style, themes and color scheme of your arrangements is preserved and will only subtitute items equal  or higher value.

All " NON DELIVERY CLAIMS" are subjected to an investigation. Please allow up to 48 hours as we conduct an investigation to conclued the issue presented as non deliverable goods. Flowers are categorized as a " LIVE PERISHABLE ITEM" which are temperment and thrive under specific conditions, therefor we cannot guarantee the lifespan or longevity of the arrangement. As we are located in the Arizona desert, where temperature can rise up to 110 degrees humidty which is fundamental to non native blooms play a major rhole in the longevity of flowers. Please note under no exception do we leave florals outside (in the desert) should we attempt delivery and recipient is not home. Should this scenario take place we will re-attempt delivery the same or next day free of charge. If a third delivery should take place the credit card on file will be charge an additional delivery charge. Should a client wish we leave the arrangement outside after reading our policy we require the client to submit a writen consent under the notes field of the order purchased. Once florals have reach their destintion all care responsibilities are assumed by the recipient. We pride ourselves in the quaility of product and customer service we provide to our client. Should the quality of the arrangement be in questions we should be notified within 24 hours of receiving the arrangement in order to investigate and issue a replacement or refund. Should a replacement or refund be issued the "prior" product/arrangement must be surrendered to receive the full refund or replacement. Failure to notify within 24 hours of delivery or receiving arrangement will void a refund and or replacement.

Deliveries will be made and placed in our delivery que in the order they are received. Should a recipient not be present at the time of delivery we will contact the recipient via phone or contact information submitted. Should this method fail we will tag the residence instructing the recipient to contact us to schedule a same or next day delivery attempt. We DO NOT LEAVE floral arrangement outside in "the desert "under any cirucmtances whether in a covered or non covered area. The hot desert sun is not the only threat that can plague your live perishable florals, the lach of humidity in arizona as well as potential theft can result in issues with your order. Should a client persist we leave the arragement out under a porch etc. we would require writen consent in the notes field at check out of order. No refund or replacement will be issued.

We thrive to do our best to accomodate all timed deliveries. However, we cannot always guarantee specific delivery times of day. Moreover, during busy holiday periods. To request any specific delivery times please inclued these times under the special instructions field when placing your order. Holiday period orders are recommended to be placed days if not weeks in adnvance to guanrantee order acceptence as we are extreemly busy around holiday seasons. We currently do not accept same day deliveries.
