These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our website, www.rosadoevents.com, and, where applicable, the purchase of floral products, delivery services, and other offerings made available through our website.

Please review these Terms carefully before placing an order, submitting payment, or booking services.

By using our website, you agree to the website-use provisions of these Terms. By completing a purchase or expressly accepting applicable service terms, you agree to the provisions governing that transaction.

1. About Rosado Events & Design

Rosado Events & Design ("we," "us," or "our") specializes in floral artistry and event design for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and other occasions.

Our offerings may include everyday floral arrangements, custom floral designs, event installations, floral deliveries, and related services.

Service availability, product selections, delivery coverage, and operating arrangements may vary by location.

2. Website Use

Visitors agree to use our website for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not compromise its security or functionality.

Unauthorized access, fraudulent transactions, malicious interference, and unlawful use of website content are prohibited.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. Orders are subject to availability, payment authorization, and our ability to provide the requested products or services.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable products, material pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions.

If we cancel an accepted order that has been paid for and cannot be fulfilled, we will provide the refund required by applicable law and the terms of the transaction.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Applicable sales taxes, delivery charges, and other mandatory fees will be disclosed before a customer completes checkout.

Prices may vary based on product selections, seasonal availability, design complexity, and delivery requirements.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a correction affects an order already placed, the customer will be informed and offered an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

6. Payment Processing — Stripe

Online payments made through our website are processed using Stripe, a third-party payment processing provider integrated with our Wix website.

By completing a payment, customers authorize the processing of the disclosed transaction amount through the selected payment method.

Payment information is transmitted and processed through the applicable payment services and is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy practices.

Rosado Events & Design does not independently store complete payment card numbers through its standard Wix and Stripe checkout integration.

We may receive transaction-related information, including payment status, transaction identifiers, billing details, and other information necessary to administer orders and maintain business records.

Payment authorization must be completed successfully before an order can proceed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Wedding and Event Deposits

Weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, custom floral installations, and other contracted services may require an initial deposit to reserve the requested event date and services.

Deposits designated as nonrefundable are nonrefundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The required deposit amount, payment deadline, nonrefundable designation, and applicable cancellation conditions will be clearly disclosed in the proposal, invoice, or service agreement before payment.

Once the applicable agreement has been accepted and the required deposit received, the deposit may compensate Rosado Events & Design for reserving the event date, allocating resources, undertaking planning, and declining conflicting bookings.

A deposit does not constitute full payment unless expressly identified as such.

Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule established in the applicable agreement.

If a client cancels or postpones an event, the treatment of the deposit, any additional payments, and any remaining obligations will be determined by the applicable service agreement and governing law.

If Rosado Events & Design cancels a service or is unable to fulfill its contractual obligations, the client's refund and other rights will be determined by the applicable agreement and law.

8. Custom Event Agreements

Custom wedding and event services are governed by separate proposals, invoices, or written service agreements.

These documents may establish:

Scope of floral and event design services.
Event dates, venues, and installation schedules.
Deposits and payment requirements.
Cancellation and postponement conditions.
Floral substitutions and product limitations.
Delivery, setup, and removal responsibilities.
Other project-specific terms.

If a specific service agreement conflicts with these general website Terms, the service agreement will govern the contracted services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Floral Availability and Substitutions

Flowers, foliage, and other botanical materials are natural, seasonal, and perishable products.

Their appearance, color, size, maturity, blooming characteristics, and longevity may vary.

Product photography represents our general design aesthetic and is not a guarantee of exact replication.

When a particular floral variety or material is unavailable, Rosado Events & Design may substitute a comparable product of similar quality and value while preserving the intended overall design, subject to applicable law and any specific product commitments made at purchase.

Material changes to an order will be addressed in accordance with the applicable purchase terms and consumer protection requirements.

For custom event services, substitutions and floral limitations are governed by the applicable written agreement.

10. Delivery and Fulfillment

Floral delivery is available within designated service areas and is subject to scheduling, product availability, and operational capacity.

Delivery charges, available dates, and applicable delivery windows will be communicated before purchase or through the relevant service agreement.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Delivery Timing

We make reasonable efforts to complete deliveries within the agreed delivery date or time window.

Unexpected circumstances, including severe weather, transportation disruptions, venue restrictions, or access limitations, may affect delivery.

If a delivery cannot be completed as agreed, we will communicate with the customer and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with the transaction terms and applicable law.

Recipient Unavailability

If a recipient is unavailable, we may attempt to contact the customer or recipient using the information provided.

Where permitted by the customer's instructions and reasonably appropriate, an arrangement may be left in an authorized location.

If redelivery is necessary, additional charges may apply when disclosed and accepted by the customer.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery addresses and access instructions are accurate.

If incorrect information prevents delivery, we will contact the customer when reasonably possible to determine an appropriate solution.

Any additional charges for an authorized redelivery will be disclosed before the additional service is performed.

1. Online Floral Order Changes and Cancellations

At Rosado Events & Design, each floral arrangement is thoughtfully prepared using fresh, seasonal flowers and carefully selected botanical materials.

Standard Floral Orders

Customers may cancel a standard online floral order for a full refund if the cancellation request is received no later than 9:00 AM, two calendar days before the scheduled delivery date, in the local time zone of the delivery destination.

For example, an order scheduled for delivery on Friday must be canceled by Wednesday at 9:00 AM local time.

Cancellation requests received after this deadline may not be eligible for a refund, as flowers, materials, and production resources may already have been allocated.

Same-Day and Next-Day Orders

Orders scheduled for same-day or next-day delivery may enter preparation immediately upon acceptance. Cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed once preparation has begun.

Custom and Special Orders

Custom floral arrangements, special-order flowers, large-volume purchases, and personalized products may be subject to separate cancellation conditions disclosed before purchase.

Order Modifications

Requests to modify delivery dates, addresses, floral selections, or other order details should be submitted before the applicable cancellation deadline. All modifications are subject to availability and confirmation by Rosado Events & Design.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our official business email address and include the customer's name and order number.

The time the request is received determines whether it meets the cancellation deadline.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on Stripe and the customer's

financial institution.

Nothing in this policy limits refunds or other remedies required under applicable consumer protection laws, including circumstances involving damaged, incorrect, or undelivered products.

12. Refunds, Returns, and Quality Concerns

We are committed to providing floral products and services consistent with the quality and presentation associated with Rosado Events & Design.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, physical returns may not be practical or available for certain products.

However, customers who receive an incorrect, damaged, materially deficient, or undelivered order should contact us promptly.

We may request relevant order information or photographs to help evaluate the concern.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate resolution may include:

Replacement of the affected product.
A partial refund.
A full refund.
Another mutually acceptable remedy.

Any restrictions on discretionary returns or refunds do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Refunds approved for an original electronic payment will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Rosado Events & Design regarding order or billing concerns so that we may attempt to resolve them promptly.

Customers retain their lawful rights to dispute transactions through their card issuer or payment provider.

We may provide relevant transaction records to Stripe or the applicable financial institution when responding to a payment dispute, in accordance with applicable law.

14. Website Information and Accuracy

We strive to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current.

However, product descriptions, availability, pricing, and other content may occasionally require correction or updating.

We reserve the right to modify website content and offerings without prior notice, subject to existing contractual commitments and applicable law.
